This specialized index allows for a focused assessment of scholarly influence confined to the discipline under review, thus providing a more relevant and accurate measure of expertise and impact in Medicine.
Scope of Research and Qualification Criteria
The ranking draws from an extensive pool of 188,153 scientist profiles identified across diverse bibliometric data sources spanning all academic disciplines. From this population, 10,020 profiles specifically associated with Medicine were examined in detail.
