25th ERS Lung Science Conference (LSC 2027): Programming lung health across the life course (ERS)

The ERS Lung Science Conference is the European Respiratory Society's annual meeting on basic and translational lung research, held in Estoril. The 2027 edition, 'Programming lung health across the life course', focuses on how prenatal, early-life and environmental exposures shape lung development, function and disease into adulthood. Abstracts are invited on developmental biology of the lung, the airway epithelium and immunity, the microbiome, ageing and repair, environmental and genetic determinants of lung disease, and mechanistic models from single-cell to organism. Selected abstracts are presented orally and as posters, and early-career researchers compete for awards.
