Indiana University – Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) was a public university in Fort Wayne, Indiana. It was established in 1964 as a cooperatively-managed regional campus of the Purdue University System and the Indiana University System. In 2018, IPFW was divided into two universities, specifically the Indiana University Fort Wayne and the Purdue University Fort Wayne, with the former handling all departments involved in health care and the latter managing the rest.

These included the College of Engineering, Technology, and Computer Science, the College of Education and Public Policy, the College of Visual and Performing Arts, and the India University School of Social Work.
