13th EDCTP Forum (EDC)

The 13th EDCTP Forum, themed 'Innovating together for resilient global health', is the biennial meeting of the European and Developing Countries Clinical Trials Partnership. It brings together researchers, health professionals, funders and policymakers from Europe and sub-Saharan Africa. Its scientific programme covers clinical research on poverty-related and neglected infectious diseases — HIV, tuberculosis, malaria, neglected tropical diseases and emerging epidemics — together with antimicrobial resistance, maternal and child health, vaccine and drug development, research ethics, regulatory science and capacity building in Africa. The programme combines plenaries, parallel scientific sessions, symposia, workshops, a poster exhibition and the EDCTP prizes, and the abstracts are published in a BMJ Global Health supplement.
