Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University (IAU) is a public educational institution in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Formerly known as the University of Dammam, it was established in 1975 and is one of the oldest universities in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. It was previously a part of the King Faisal University. IAU is also recognized as one of the leading universities for medicine in the nation.
