Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (Høgskulen på Vestlandet, HVL) is a public and comprehensive institution established in 2017 through the merger of several regional colleges. Situated in Norway, its primary campuses are located in Bergen, Sogndal, Stord, Førde, and Haugesund.
