Optica Biophotonics Congress 2027: Optics and the Brain (Brain)

Optics and the Brain, a topical meeting of the Optica Biophotonics Congress, gathers physicists, engineers and neuroscientists developing optical methods to study the nervous system. Papers are invited on multiphoton and light-sheet microscopy of neural activity, optogenetics and optical neuromodulation, functional near-infrared spectroscopy and diffuse optics, adaptive optics and deep-tissue imaging, voltage and calcium indicators, miniaturised and wearable optical devices, and computational methods for neurophotonic data. Oral, invited and poster presentations are combined, and summaries are published in Optica Publishing Group's technical digest.
