International Conference on Construction and Real Estate Management (ICCREM 2024 (ICCREM)

The 2024 International Conference on Construction and Real Estate Management (ICCREM 2024) is jointly organized by Harbin Institute of Technology, South China University of Technology, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Tsinghua University, Guangzhou University, Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology, Chongqing University, Chang’an University, Umeå University, Louisiana State University, University of Alberta, Marquette University, and Nottingham Trent University. The conference will be held by South China University of Technology, and will be sponsored by the Construction Institute of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the Construction Industry High-Quality Development Institute of the China Construction Industry Association (CCIA), and Journal of Engineering Management. The Conference is a continuation of the ICCREM series, which has been held annually since 2003. Papers of the 2003 to 2012 conferences were included in the ISTP databases or ISSHP databases, and papers of the 2013 to 2023 conference were all included in the EI databases.
