Allameh Tabataba'i University (ATU), officially established in 1984, is Iran’s leading institution dedicated primarily to the humanities and social sciences. Located in Tehran, the nation’s vibrant capital, ATU is a public, research-focused, and comprehensive university. With over 17,000 students and approximately 550 faculty members across multiple campuses, it stands as the largest specialized humanities university in Iran.
