UFABC is distinguished by its interdisciplinary curriculum, which abolishes traditional departmental structures in favor of three broad centers: Engineering, Mathematics and Computation (CECS); Natural and Human Sciences (CCNH); and Cognition and Social Sciences (CMCC).
