A total of 279,971 scientist profiles were identified and scrutinized, sourced from various trusted bibliometric databases. Selection criteria were tailored for each major research discipline, with the qualifying H-index threshold typically set at either 30 or 40, depending on the field's standards.
In addition to H-index scores, consideration was also given to notable awards and achievements relevant to each researcher’s field of study. Ultimately, only the top 1,000 scientists with the highest H-indexes qualified for inclusion in the final ranking, ensuring the highlighted researchers represent the upper echelon of early-career scientific excellence.
