The University of Southern Brittany (Université de Bretagne Sud, UBS) is a public, multidisciplinary institution established in 1995 and headquartered in Lorient, France, with additional campuses in Vannes and Pontivy. As one of the newer universities in France’s higher education landscape, UBS was founded to foster economic and cultural vitality in the Brittany region.
