Overview of Obour Institutes
Obour Institutes, officially known as the Higher Institutes at Obour, were established in 1993 as a private, multidisciplinary higher education provider in Egypt. Situated in El Obour City, on the outskirts of Cairo, the Institutes have evolved over three decades to become a pivotal part of Egypt’s non-governmental higher education sector.
