Zhengzhou University (ZZU), established in 1956, is a comprehensive public research university located in Zhengzhou, the capital of Henan Province, China. Formed through the merger of Zhengzhou University, Henan Medical University, and Zhengzhou Institute of Technology in 2000, it is now among the largest universities in China.
