Commonly quoted four- and six-year graduation rates are designed chiefly for cohorts of first-time undergraduates. They are not a useful way to judge a specialized graduate school such as Presidio.
A better comparison would be a program-level measure: how many students entering a particular MBA or MPA cohort complete the degree, and over what period. Applicants should also ask about typical time to completion for full-time and part-time students, since a working professional's schedule can affect how long a degree takes without necessarily indicating whether the student ultimately finishes.
No single earnings figure can responsibly describe what a Presidio degree holder can expect to make. Graduate earnings vary by previous experience, occupation, location, employer, and whether a student changes careers after finishing the program.
When evaluating any salary claim, check whether it is a median or an average, which graduates were included, and how long after completion their earnings were measured. A figure for employed survey respondents, for example, would answer a different question from earnings recorded for all students receiving federal aid. Salary is also only one possible outcome of a degree centered on management and sustainability.
