Guide2Research has released the 5th edition of its ranking of Top Scientists for the year 2019 in the field of Computer Science and Electronics. The ranking is based on the H-Index metric provided by Google Scholar meanwhile DBLP is used to filter out scholars from other disciplines. The h-index metric is a measure to quantify both the productivity and research impact of scientists based on the number of their publications in addition to the number of incoming citations to their publications.
