Prospective students should obtain Yeshiva of the Telshe Alumni's current campus safety instructions and, where applicable, its annual security report before relying on any particular security service. The existence of a residential facility does not establish that it has staffed patrols, electronic entrances, emergency phones, or late-night escorts.
Useful questions include how to report an emergency, who responds after hours, how residents receive urgent alerts, and where to report harassment or sexual misconduct. An annual security report, if applicable, can identify policies and reported incidents for specified years, but reported crime figures alone do not provide a complete measure of a person's safety.
