St. Andrews has no current annual cost of attendance for new students at the closed Laurinburg campus. Its 2024-25 published undergraduate figures remain useful only for understanding what attendance cost before closure; they are not prices for enrollment in 2026.
Housing, meals, books, transportation, and personal expenses would have increased the full cost of attendance. Tuition and fees are not the same as net price, which accounts for grant and scholarship aid. Historical IPEDS figures indicate that 95% of students received financial aid and 72% had student loans; the latter is a reminder that receiving aid did not necessarily mean costs were covered by grants.
Eligible students historically could seek federal aid through the FAFSA, as well as applicable state and institutional assistance. Those former arrangements do not transfer automatically to another school. A student continuing elsewhere needs that school's current cost-of-attendance estimate and an individual aid offer, including a clear separation of grants from loans.
Campus jobs and Federal Work-Study positions are no longer available through St. Andrews in Laurinburg. Federal Work-Study is a financial-aid program under which eligible students earn wages for approved work; it is not a grant paid without working and does not guarantee a position.
Former students enrolling elsewhere must use the new institution's FAFSA process and student-employment system to learn whether they qualify and whether jobs are available. An ordinary part-time job or internship may offer experience, but it is not automatically a Federal Work-Study position. Career support, including résumé help or internship advising, likewise depends on the services offered by the institution a student currently attends.
