DeSales University

What are the popular events and traditions at DeSales University?

Recurring DeSales events include DUCsgiving and a tree lighting, DeSales Got Talent, and Relay for Life. Together, they illustrate a mix of seasonal gatherings, student performance, and fundraising or service activity.

These events can offer a straightforward way to take part in campus life without joining a semester-long organization. Their schedules and formats can change from year to year, so the current campus events calendar is the appropriate source for dates and participation details.

What are the student housing and dining options at DeSales University?

DeSales offers university-operated undergraduate housing, including coeducational housing, along with campus dining. Housing availability does not mean every student receives a particular building or room type.

Students considering residence should review the current housing application, eligibility rules, room options, and assignment timetable. Reported residence features include high-speed internet access and electronically operated entrances. Incoming students should also check whether their intended housing arrangement carries a meal-plan requirement and which plans fit their expected time on campus.

Commuters and students considering off-campus housing should compare more than rent: transportation, parking, meals, and time spent traveling all affect the practical cost. On-campus housing and dining charges are part of the annual cost discussion above, but an individual student's bill depends on the room and meal plan selected.
