ASU maintains campus public-safety and emergency-response resources for its physical locations, including a university police department and emergency communications. Those arrangements should not be mistaken for a staffed, residential "Digital Immersion campus" in Scottsdale.
Students attending a physical ASU site can use that site's emergency instructions and reporting channels; students learning remotely should also know their local emergency number and use ASU's reporting procedures for university-related concerns. ASU publishes annual security information for covered campus locations and maintains processes for reporting sexual misconduct and seeking support. Because federal campus-crime reports cover defined geographic areas, they do not measure every risk faced by someone studying online or at an off-site placement.
