Academic events may offer ALU students opportunities to connect beyond individual courses, but applicants should not assume a residential-campus calendar of homecoming, athletics-linked celebrations, or student festivals.
Students who want to take part in university activities should ask for the current academic and events calendar, including any graduation-related events, orientations, or program gatherings that apply to their credential. They should also confirm whether an event is online, in person, or available in both formats before planning travel.
ALU does not provide college-owned or college-operated undergraduate housing. Students therefore need to arrange their own living accommodations; enrollment should not be taken to include a residence-hall place or a university meal plan.
For students studying remotely, housing and food costs will depend largely on where they live rather than on a campus room-and-board charge. Anyone relocating to Glendale or planning frequent visits should budget independently for rent, meals, and transportation and confirm how often their program actually requires attendance in person.
