Career

After graduating from Warsaw University (PhD in 2019) in theoretical chemistry, he started his independent carrier at the Cardinal Wyszynski University in Warsaw. Apart from his academic background he was also involved in cooperation with a few companies working on application of AI tools for understanding the chemical and biological processes. In 2022 he joined Research.com and became responsible for the annual rankings of US colleges and universities published on the platform.

Current work

Today Pawel Dabrowski-Tumanski applies his knowledge and experience in data analysis as the leader or Research.com colleges and universities ranking team, where he supervises data collection, outlines research methodologies, and monitors quality of our rankings.

He devoted several years of his work to design and fine-tune a unique and comprehensive system to create the educational rankings featured on our platform, and spent thousands of hours studying popular databases and crafting a state-of-the-art methodology that would meet the needs and expectations of modern students.

Area of expertise

His main area of expertise is computational biophysics, with the aid of programming and machine learning applied to natural sciences. He is an author of over 20 scientific articles, actively collaborating with researchers across the world including US, UK, Switzerland or Japan.
