Students should use TCC's published campus safety and emergency procedures to understand how to report an incident and receive urgent information. Immediate emergencies call for 911; campus-specific contacts and reporting options should be checked in the college's current safety materials.
Colleges also publish an annual security report under the federal Clery Act. That report is the appropriate source for definitions, reporting locations, and years covered by campus crime statistics, but its counts are not a complete measure of a person's safety. Students can also review TCC's procedures for reporting sexual misconduct and seeking support, which are distinct from making a criminal report.
