Maine Maritime Academy hosts several notable events and traditions that contribute to campus life and community engagement. One of the key annual events is Duck Day, which offers students and faculty a chance to participate in a unique celebration that fosters camaraderie and school spirit. Maine Maritime Academy provides college-owned housing facilities, allowing students to live on campus.
