A conventional four- or six-year first-time-student graduation rate is not a useful standalone measure of TESU's outcomes. In the 2024-25 IPEDS enrollment figures, the university reported no first-time degree- or certificate-seeking undergraduates but reported 1,772 transfer-in students.
Federal first-time graduation-rate measures follow a defined group of students who begin at an institution without prior college enrollment. They therefore do not describe most TESU degree seekers, many of whom arrive with credits already completed. Prospective students should instead ask how their own evaluated credits, remaining requirements and realistic course load affect a projected completion timeline. A student transferring nearly all applicable credits and one transferring only a few will have very different paths.
College Scorecard program data report median earnings measured one year after completion for qualifying former students who received federal aid. These are observations about particular groups, not forecasts of what a new TESU student will earn.
In the figures available as of October 2026, the reported one-year median is $82,105 for registered nursing and related nursing programs. The corresponding figure is $59,206 for business administration and management. Other reported examples include $40,685 for liberal arts and general studies and $42,221 for accounting and related services.
Program comparisons need care. Prior work experience, occupation, location and whether a student was already employed can affect earnings, particularly at a university serving working adults. The figures cover qualifying federally aided completers rather than every graduate, and they do not show earnings growth, job satisfaction or the effect of a degree by itself.
