The most useful campus-safety information for a prospective Washington student is the school's current emergency guidance and annual security report. The report should identify covered locations, reporting procedures, and crime statistics for the specified reporting years; those statistics do not measure every incident a student might encounter.
Students should also locate the institution's emergency-notification instructions and Title IX reporting and support contacts. Because graduate coursework and field placements may occur at different sites or outside usual business hours, ask which organization handles emergencies at each location and how students receive time-sensitive alerts.
