Wiley University's reported six-year graduation rate is 24%, and its four-year rate is 14%, according to 2024-25 IPEDS figures. These measures follow defined groups of entering students; they are not the percentage of everyone on campus who graduates in a given year.
The reported overall graduation rate is also 24%, while the student retention rate is 50%. Retention generally concerns whether an entering student returns the following fall, whereas graduation measures completion over a longer period. A student can leave, transfer, pause enrollment, or graduate later without being counted as a graduate within a particular measure's time window.
These figures warrant attention when comparing colleges, but they do not explain why individual students did or did not complete a degree. Prospective students may find it useful to ask their intended department how often required courses are offered, how academic advising works, and what support is available if they need to change their enrollment pace.
College Scorecard field-of-study figures reported as of October 2026 provide a limited view of earnings roughly one year after completion for federally aided students in particular programs. They are observations about former students, not starting salaries promised to future graduates.
Field-of-study earnings should be interpreted cautiously. They depend on which graduates are represented in the federal data and can be affected by small program cohorts, employment patterns, further education, and local labor markets. One-year figures also miss later career changes and do not show how much an individual borrowed to finish a degree. Comparing a program's likely costs, completion requirements, and relevant career paths is more informative than treating any one earnings number as a forecast.
