Campus safety information for RFU should be assessed through its current public-safety procedures and annual security report, rather than through an unsupported claim that a campus is simply "safe" or "unsafe." The report is the appropriate place to check federally required crime disclosures, reporting contacts, and emergency policies.
Students should learn how to report an urgent incident, receive campus emergency notifications, and obtain support after sexual misconduct or another concerning event. Those procedures can differ from the contacts used at an off-campus clinical placement. Crime totals, if compared, need their reporting year and geographic definitions: they do not capture every risk a student might encounter while commuting, living off campus, or working in clinical settings.
