A conventional four- or six-year graduation rate is not a useful stand-alone measure of UWM Flex outcomes here. Flex enrolls many students who arrive with prior college work, while the standard federal graduation-rate cohort primarily tracks first-time, full-time entrants.
In the reported incoming groups, 162 students were transfer-ins and five were first-time degree- or certificate-seeking undergraduates. That difference matters when interpreting any completion statistic based on new freshmen. Prospective students can get a more relevant picture by asking their program how many transferred credits or outstanding competencies they would have, how subscription periods work and what completion measures apply to students with a similar starting point.
College Scorecard field-of-study figures offer a limited view of earnings about one year after program completion. They describe observed outcomes for covered former students, not salaries promised to future graduates.
These field-specific figures should not be treated as a single UWM Flex graduate salary. Scorecard earnings measures rely on graduates whose earnings can be matched in the underlying federal data; they do not capture every graduate or explain differences in location, prior experience, hours worked or occupation. Those limitations are particularly important for programs serving employed adults who may have careers before they enroll.
