Fuller's published graduate tuition is only one part of the cost of attendance. In the 2024-25 federal reporting year, its reported full-time graduate tuition and required fees were the same for in-state and out-of-state students:
Those figures are a historical reporting-year benchmark, not a quote for a future enrollment term. Actual tuition depends on the current program rate and course load. Students also need to budget for books, housing, food, transportation, and personal expenses; some programs may entail travel or professional-training costs. Adding the reported tuition and required fees yields $24,760 for that reporting year, before those other expenses.
Scholarships and other institutional aid may reduce a student's bill. Eligible graduate students may also use federal student loans, subject to federal rules and the school's financial-aid process; military education benefits may apply for eligible students. Graduate students generally should not assume that undergraduate grant programs or an undergraduate "average net price" will apply to them. For a decision about affordability, request a current program-specific cost-of-attendance estimate and compare it with an individual aid offer, distinguishing grants from money that must be repaid.
Part-time employment can help Fuller students meet expenses, but a student job is not the same as a scholarship. Federal Work-Study, when offered to an eligible student, is a need-based aid program that pays wages for work performed; an award is not a lump sum credited automatically to tuition.
Students interested in campus employment should ask Fuller's financial-aid and hiring offices which positions are open to their enrollment category, how jobs are advertised, and whether a position requires a Federal Work-Study award. Ordinary part-time jobs have different eligibility rules. Clinical placements, internships, and ministry field education should also be evaluated separately: their academic value, pay, and required hours depend on the program and placement.
