ACC's reported overall graduation rate is 52% in the 2024-25 institutional figures. This is a cohort measure, not a prediction that any particular student has a 52% chance of graduating.
Graduation-rate measures commonly track a defined group of first-time, full-time students over a specified period. They can leave out many part-time students, returning adults, and students who transfer before completing an ACC credential. The reported student-retention rate is 50%; retention asks whether students continued enrollment over the relevant interval and should not be read as the opposite of graduation. Students comparing outcomes across colleges should check that the institutions use comparable cohorts and time frames.
There is no single earnings figure that describes the likely outcome of every ACC program. Pay after college depends on occupation, location, further education, work experience, and whether a student enters the workforce immediately or transfers.
Program-level earnings measures, when published, are most useful when their definition is clear: students should check the credential, the population included, whether the figure is a median or an average, and how long after completion earnings were measured. A one-year figure for a small program would not represent lifetime earnings or a guaranteed starting salary. For transfer students, later earnings may also reflect education completed elsewhere.
