Wheaton College presents a diverse range of athletic opportunities for its students, including 21 intercollegiate sports, nine club sports, and numerous intramural activities. As a member of NCAA Division III, Wheaton College is prohibited from using athletic criteria in determining financial aid or scholarships. However, students may be eligible for academic scholarships and work/study programs. A significant portion of Wheaton students qualify for some form of financial aid, but their athletic abilities are not considered in the awarding process.

Wheaton College Athletics is highly committed to international sport ministry trips. Over the past five years, seven teams and hundreds of Wheaton student-athletes have traveled to various countries to spread the gospel through service and competition. If a prospective student has a unique interest, hobby, or passion that is not already addressed in a current club, they can charter a new club at Wheaton College. To do so, they must find a minimum of 8 people to be part of the club and a faculty or staff advisor. Official club status grants privileges such as reserving space, advertising, fundraising, and applying for monetary allocations from Student Government.

The Special Collections Commons is open Monday through Friday, while the Manuscripts Reading Room is open Monday through Saturday. The Wade Center Reading Room is available by appointment only, and the Wade Center Museum is open Monday through Friday.

Although there are currently no events scheduled, the library typically hosts events throughout the year to engage and support students. With 94 weekly public service hours, Wheaton College students can take advantage of the numerous resources and services provided by the Buswell Memorial Library and its special collections.
