Kettering College

What are the popular events and traditions at Kettering College?

Kettering College identifies Weeks of Spiritual Emphasis, a Nursing Dedication Ceremony and a Christmas Party among its recurring campus events. They illustrate different aspects of the college's community: religious programming, recognition of a professional path and seasonal student gathering.

The Nursing Dedication Ceremony is especially relevant to students entering or progressing through nursing education, although its format and eligibility should be checked against the current academic calendar. Events can change from year to year; applicants should not assume that every named activity occurs on a fixed date or is open to every program.

What are the student housing and dining options at Kettering College?

Kettering College reports college-operated, coeducational housing for undergraduates, but living on campus is not the default for most students. About 15% of students are reported as living on campus, making housing availability, eligibility and application timing important questions for anyone planning to relocate.

Applicants should confirm the current residence options, contract dates and whether a room assignment is guaranteed before relying on campus housing. They should also check the current dining arrangements and whether any meal plan is required or optional; a housing offer should not be assumed to include meals. Students living off campus need to budget separately for rent, food and travel to both classes and clinical sites.
