Scope
===========
2021 8th International Conference on Networking, Systems and Security (8th NSysS 2021) aims to provide a forum for researchers, practitioners, developers, and users to exchange new ideas and results related to computer networks and networking systems and security across academia and industry. 8th NSysS 2021 will be held during December 21-23, 2021, in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh (or in Cox’s Bazar in case of a physical event). This conference series is generally technically co-sponsored by ACM Chapter.

[The safety and well-being of conference participants is our priority. We are closely monitoring the current COVID-19 situation. Depending on the situation, we could have the conference as an online virtual event.]

8th NSysS 2021 solicits original technical papers (both Full Papers and Short Papers) articulating novel ideas, protocols, and algorithms with ground-breaking results and/or quantified experiences involving networking systems and security. The conference values papers, which will take a broad networking and/or security perspective(s) covering contemporary and future applications. Of particular interest are technical contributions that enable new and compelling networking and security paradigms.

Author Instructions for Paper Submission
===================
Authors are invited to submit full and short papers describing original research of theoretical or practical significance to Networking, Systems and Security. Submitted full papers and short papers must describe work not previously published. They must not be submitted simultaneously to another conference with refereed proceedings or to a journal. Full Papers should not exceed 10 pages and short papers should not exceed 6 pages in ACM format. Papers must be submitted in PDF format and formatted according to the new Standard ACM Conference Proceedings Template.
